The Utah Energy Workforce Scholarship Program is for 11th and 12th graders aiming to pursue a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) related course of study at a Utah institute of higher education. A $5,000 scholarship will be awarded to one student in each of Utah’s four congressional districts.
The Energy Research Triangle is a competitive grant program aimed at fostering energy innovation across Utah’s three premier research universities, including the University of Utah, Brigham Young University and Utah State University.
To advance Utah’s diverse energy sector through planning, policy, and direct engagement with the private sector; and thereby to foster economic growth through energy development and conservation activities and through the provision of affordable, reliable energy.
